Ova dosljedna upotreba digitalnih ekrana pokazala je vi\u0161estruki u\u010dinak na zdravlje na\u0161ih o\u010diju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udd18 1. PLAVO SVJETLO I VA\u0160E O\u010cI<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ekrani emituju plavo svjetlo koje izaziva budnost, jer signalizira na\u0161em mozgu da je vrijeme za bu\u0111enje. DJECA I VRIJEME ISPRED EKRANA<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">[ ] Poreme\u0107aj vezan za pa\u017enju<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Studija je pokazala da djeca koja provode vi\u0161e od 2 sata vremena ispred ekrana imaju 8 puta ve\u0107u vjerovatno\u0107u da \u0107e razviti ADHD od djece s manje vremena ispred ekrana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">[ ] Gojaznost<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Previ\u0161e vremena ispred ekrana zna\u010di manje vremena provedenog na otvorenom i manje aktivnosti, \u0161to pove\u0107ava rizik od pretilosti u djetinjstvu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">[ ] Miopija (kratkovidnost)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incidencija kratkovidnosti ili minus dioptrije dramati\u010dno se pove\u0107ala od 1970. godine.
